A compact, innovative and uniquely effective solution
Our Platelet® barrier technology, developed over 12 years, is based on the same principles as those that operate within the human body to heal wounds and cuts. It simultaneously finds and fixes integrity issues from the wellhead down and has been field-proven across a wide range of applications including well integrity, wellhead valves, subsea and infrastructure. Our complete solution has no interdependencies with other workover services, can be carried in a set of briefcases by just two people, and comprises three key products:
Telepath® performs analysis of the well in order to identify the size, shape and location of the leak and enables the selection of the required Platelet® combination on site, without the need for intervention.
Platelets® suspended in a wellgel™ carrier, that find and fix leaks from the top of the wellhead down. Differential pressure is used to seek out and entrain the Platelets® into the leak and create a robust well barrier.
Plasma® is used to create a dynamic seal in wellhead and other valves by suspending specialised micro Platelets® in the Plasma® carrier gel. These migrate to the leak to prevent fluid ingress and restore integrity, without solidifying or setting.
Platelets® do not create a risk of restricting the annulus or preventing valves or other downhole assets from functioning properly.
