A dynamic solution
Leaking wellheads need never again cause a shutdown. Brinker can maintain or restore the integrity of the wellhead with proactive and reactive services that do not disrupt your operations or cause delays in waiting for intervention.
Brinker provides a dynamic solution that creates a gas-tight seal by using specialist micro Platelets® suspended in Plasma® that does not solidify or set, enabling you to continue condition monitoring as it will not cause blockages or restrictions. The micro Platelets® suspended within the Plasma® migrate to the leak site as soon as pressure differential is applied.
Where a leak occurs as a result of total or partial seal failure, Plasma® can be injected directly into the cavity and used to ‘rebuild’ the seal.
Plasma® can also be injected as a proactive preventative measure into a new valve when it is installed, becoming active and migrating to any leak that occurs in the future.
